Landslide Since Landslide’s Debut album ‘Drum & Bossa' touched down in 2000 on Hospital Records, Tim Land (aka Landslide) has been busy remixing, Djing, playing Live and pushing his sounds around the UK and abroad. Remixing projects have included Nitin Sawney, Kadi Tatham, Soulstice, High Contrast and many other quality artists. Each time, Landslide brings his unique urban bass line driven sound to create quality dance floor tunes that are equally suited to the club as they are the living room. Landslide's DJ tours have taken to the USA and Japan and where ‘Drum & Bossa’ was also released via OM records in the US and Sony in Japan. Landslide regularly plays throughout Europe at a diverse range of clubs (Nu Jazz, broken beat, Garage, D&B etc) In the UK, Landslide is Resident at London’s finest Underground Garage / beats and b-lines night – FORWARD>> alongside top DJs such as Oris Jay, Hatcha (dubstep all stars) and J Da Flex (BBC 1Xtra). He is also a resident at Hospital’s own monthly night - HOSPITALITY which now features in clubs in London but also Nottingham, Cardiff and Brighton. Currently Landslide is playing with LONDON ELEKTRICITY LIVE which is keeping him very busy with extensive touring. His job in the band is the integral part of playing keys and triggering samples. Landslide's own live project has already featured at the Big Chill UK and is set for a rebirth late 2004. Production for the next album is well underway with a totally new and
genre defying sound. Urban soulful and hard – imagine hip hop meeting
grime with a good measure of soul and this goes someway to describing his
new sound.
